Stuti is a certified Organizational Development coach and speaker. She holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. A certified executive coach, Stuti has worked extensively with directors, managers and individual contributors at organizations such as Facebook / Meta, Amgen and Boehringer Ingelheim as well as the C-suite of a global technology services firm. Depending on the client’s and / or sponsoring organization’s needs, Stuti can switch effortlessly between providing pure coaching, blended coaching or straight consulting services. Her focus is on unearthing and developing the client’s strengths and removing roadblocks to best serve them and the sponsoring organization’s leadership development objectives.

Stuti is skilled in using experiential training to build executive presence in her clients. Depending on organizational preference for type of learning module, she achieves this through training in live and virtual presentation skills, motivating teams, storytelling for work, mindset and energy management and / or body language cues. Stuti also has significant experience in 360 degree relationship management training through individual or round robin role play simulations of career and hard conversations or cross-functional conflict resolution scenarios. A natural writer, Stutienjoys coaching clients on how to craft influential written communications as well.

A former investment banker and corporate finance consultant, Stuti has deep sector knowledge of the oil & gas, pharmaceutical / biotech, technology / IT, financial services, education and media industries. She holds a BA in economics from Cornell University and an MSc in development management from the London School of Economics. Stuti also works as a professional actor and improv performer in Los Angeles and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild. Having lived and worked in the US, UK, India and the Philippines, she enjoys distilling the best practices of each region and industry into usable assets to add to an executive’s leadership toolkit, and can coach clients fluently in English, Hindi, Urdu and Telugu.
