I believe the coaching is a large part of my recent successes. Marianne is a terrific coach who has worked with me through highly challenging client situations….”  Another executive notes “Coaching with Marianne was very powerful and has helped me make some changes in my daily operating model.”

During Marianne’s 20 years with IBM, she was chosen to spearhead instruction and curriculum development for many technological projects, but none more important than the pivotal Executive Workgroup Computing program, commissioned by CEO Lou Gerstner to bring the first Executive Computing Platform to IBM’s senior-most executives. This transformational program influenced the way many of IBM's executives incorporated technology into their daily practices in that era.  Marianne was chosen to personally teach Mr. Gerstner and 100 of his senior-most, direct report executives.  Subsequently, she was asked to relay her experiences with IBM's first executive computing platform to a variety of major corporations in a consultative manner.

Marianne attended Columbia University’s Principals and Practices of Organization Development program and earned her Bachelor and Master’s degrees from Ithaca College.  She holds PCC certification from the International Coach Federation and a wide variety of certifications and consulting accreditations.  Marianne is on the faculty of Duke University’s Global Learning Resource Network, where she designs, facilitates, and serves as a consultant and coach for their Fortune 100 clients and professional services firms.

In her free time, Marianne enjoys playing the flute and piccolo with the Westchester Symphonic Winds, ensemble in residence at the Tarrytown Music Hall.  She guest conducted at the US Merchant Marine Academy for over 20 years, and has performed for former President George W. Bush. In 2023, she and the WSW performed at the iconic Carnegie Hall in NYC.
