Stuti is an ICF ACC accredited executive coach and speaker specializing in coaching groups of senior executives and doing improvisational role plays. She has an extensive background in experiential learning, building managerial effectiveness at Meta / Facebook using round robin simulations of hard and career conversations. Stuti has delivered modules and led breakouts on Executive Presence and Effective Presentations for a wide spectrum of organizational staff at Amgen and Boehringer Ingelheim ranging from Individual Contributors to Directors.   

Her particular expertise is in coaching leaders, individually or in a group setting, on 360 degree relationship management including executive presence, mindset & energy, virtual & live presentations, storytelling, body language, career & hard conversations and cross-functional conflict resolution.

Stuti holds degrees from Cornell and the London School of Economics. She has lived and worked in the US, UK, India and the Philippines and has a background in Investment Banking, Consulting, IT and Media. Stuti enjoys distilling the best practices of each region and industry into usable assets to add to an executive’s leadership toolkit. A professional actor, she is a member of the SAG-AFTRA Actors Guild and speaks English, Hindi, Urdu and Telugu fluently.
